Rose dah tunaikan janji rose : MHS

Bestfriend, kawan gaduh, aka delicious chocolate man. hahahhaha

Jarang-jarang sekali Rose nak tulis tentang soal hati dan perasaan. Dah bertahun juga la tak tulis. Kerana ada alasan-alasan yang kukuh disebalik semua tu. Starting a new relationship untuk Rose setelah menghadapi hari-hari hitam zaman cintan-cintun dulu "was a hard road", Bukan senang nak pulihkan hati orang pernah dilukakan oleh cinta pertama. Gitu. hebat tak intro haha. 

Tapi...

Alhamdulillah hampir 4 tahun berkenalan dengan seorang lelaki yang sangat down to earth, kini dia one of the important people in my life. Yang ada waktu Rose tengah susah, senang, tak da duit, ada duit, menangis, gelak, jatuh dan bangun. Benda yang tak pernah Rose sangka akan dapat. Ramai orang tanya macam mana Rose boleh jatuh hati dekat dia, just berdasarkan rupa paras dia. Itu tak pernah menjadi isu untuk Rose, tak kisah la kau hitam, terlampau putih, tinggi macam pokok rambutan, pendek renek atau apa-apa bentuk sekali pon. Yang penting hati ikhlas, cara pasangan kita layan kita, macam mana dia didik, nasihat kita  dan kesefahaman yang wujud antara satu sama lain. We started as friends, good friends di Pre-law and I made the decision to search for a guy who can take care of me, bertanggungjawab, bijak, yang sensetif, yang menjaga hati dan perasaan Rose dan orang lain (especially kawan-kawan), dan yang paling penting Mak dan Abah serta adik beradik boleh percaya dan terima.

Kami hadapi masa yang sukar waktu mula-mula "in a relationship", after  4 month, rose berubah menjadi seorang yang kuat marah, kaki jerit, queen control dan juga tak menghormati pasangan rose. Ntahlah kenapa, tapi perasaan menyesal dan juga benci menyelumbungi diri. I was a real jerk. We had a rough time. Rose tak boleh terima dia dengan sepenuh hati. I told him everything, what I feel, that I wanted a break from the relationship. walaupun jauh dalam hati rose tau hati dia sangat terluka, sebab dia tak pernah buat salah. Tapi, I still hate him. Hanya Allah ja yang tahu betapa meluatnya Rose kat dia, macam hantu duk rasuk badan. Kalau jumpa dekat fakulti buat2 tak kenal, lari dan Rose dah letakan satu amaran yang dia takan boleh tegur Rose kalau di fakulti. Tapi dia tak pernah marah, dia hanya ikut sahaja. Ayat yang rose takan lupa: "takpa, tak sayang pon takpa, lama-lama nanti awak boleh terima saya, we will work it out." sambil tersenyum. Sabar punya sabar selepas 9 bulan kami putus. haha. taktau lah jadi apa kat husaini time tu kurus habis. I was happy, i was having the time of my life until something happen which I prefer not to write * personal sikit yang melibatkan orang lain. selepas kejadian tu, I had  a lot to think about, Luckily I made the right choice by choosing the right person, jeng-jeng jeng...MUHAMAD HUSAINI SHAHARUDDIN :) Nasib baik lah dia terima balik.hahaha. Lawak kan, sampai sekarang 1year and 11month dah bersama. Rose tak perangai macam dulu dah, dah boleh terima sepenuhnya. Tapi we like to keep our relationship invisible dekat FB, tweeter ke apa-apa laman sosial sebab it's unhealthy. Kebanyakan hubungan retak sebab terlampau expose dekat Facebook especially, percayalah. Kami mengamalkan give and take, kau makan, kau bayar, aku makan aku bayar. Baju rose, husaini bayar, baju husaini rose bayar. haha. Macam tulah. Takda jealousy mode untuk kami. He understands me more than I do, He is my eye and I'm his body. Selama dah okay ni, tak pernah gaduh. Cuma melawak kasar tu banyak la. polisi number satu yang kami gunakan "SEMUA BENDA KENA BAGITAU, as a law student, we know our rights". Prinsip jujur diamalkan. itu sahaja lah. Kisah cinta tak hebat macam orang lain. Kami besa-besa sahaja.

FEBRUARY - My Birthday month

So, i found this dalam majalah, lets see whether it's true or not:

Daripada 9 sifat tu, yang number dua tu memang salah. Bijak dalam menghabiskan duit boleh la. Bosan duduk di firm takda kerja jadinya berblogging pulak. Makan gaji buta sungguh Rose ni. haha. okay bye semua.

Be in mind

Hello everyone, it has been a while since I posted a new entry, due to several unwanted events. Anyways, i'm all over that! an it's such a relief. I was thinking a lot about writing, so here I am. Siting in front of my dusty PC and writing my moments and experience throughout the second year of law school. I just cant believe how fast time flies, It has been 2 years in Law school having my degree and this Monday, I'll be going through my internship in a law firm, in Alor Star. The best part is I'm enthusiast and looking forward for the whole month, at the same time feeling regretful. I just should had my internship with my colleagues in Shah Alam. No friends hanging out during lunch time, it's such a bummer! Oh well, I just have to face with that. 

How's my 4th semester? It turned out to be something precious. There were a lot of things going around, I had my first mooting session, work my ass on my legal research, i didn't do so good in my finals, my pictures were stolen by an unknown person, my housemates are going to move out, environmental law awareness week, trip to Taman Negara, met Shea Rasol and Maria Elena, fall in love with the same person, gain weight, went to uitm mock trial, went to Malacca , got new kittens and that's just about it. I've summarize everything up. haha. Unforgettable memories. 

A short note:

To my beloved housemate which are going to move out, Hidayah J and Azira,

I was lucky enough to know you guys, you kept the house so loud and crazy! always love the passion, i'll be screaming alone in the house next semester. Do well in Seremban 2, and please do not say that you'll find another me there okay. Do remember the thick eyebrows of mine. sincerely by the Atyqah Rose. And kalau rose rajin kan jalan-jalan dengan husaini nanti, rose datang melawat korang kat sana. Like wise i'm always gonna be the bitch in both of your hearts. haha. Ampun dan maaf harap dipinta, halalkan semua makan dan minum rose kalau rose ambil tanpa izin, guna barang tanpa izin atau pon terkata depan atau belakang segaja atau tak sengaja. The Apple Empire will always miss you guys, Rose akan cuba untuk sangkutkan gambar korang (dan kalung kan bunga) serta pelekat kat dinding, tapi gambar azira dekat meja Quh. Gambar Dayah kat ruang tamu kita atau kat jamban. haha .Sebelum terlupa nak juga minta maaf on behalf of husaini tau tau la mulut dia pon boleh tahan bila melawak dengan korang. hahaa. jangan rindu abang Canny korang! Dayah aku berani sumpah kau akan nangis rindukan aku. (sambil gelak syaiton)

Two weeks in a roll

Lama rasanya macam tak updated my blog. busy with a lot of things. Sampai terlupa update. What's up with my life ever since mooting dua tiga minggu yang lepas kan. Actually, there was a lot going on. So, i'll rap everything up with few short stories and tons and tons of pictures. Can I? haha. Alhamdulillah life is going smooth. Missing my family is a must, but tomorrow they will be arriving here. Going to have fun with my little baby boy. Nak bawa yan pergi berenang lagi. Penat dibuatnya. And mak dengan kaklong just got back from Semarang to fetch bibik. Anyways, let's recalled what happen in the past three weeks.

Event one: I went to my ex-classmate's wedding in Banting. It was pretty shocking when I got to know that she was engaged two month before . The news broke during our reunion pre-law class. (I think i have mention it somewhere in that entry) I'm so happy and hoping the best for her and her husband. Sweet couple. Love the food during the ceremony by the way! Semoga bahagia disamping yang tersayang Miza.

Second event: Delivery untuk Ana. Ni sebenarnya teater yang telah dianjurkan oleh club teater uitm, kalau tak silap rose. Rose suka tengok orang berlakon sebab, sendiri pon ada impian untuk berlakon. haha. cewah gitu. Cerita ni very interesting, main characters semua perempuan and jalan cerita macam reality. Cerita ni mengesahkan 7 orang pelajar uitm yang baru pindah rumah sewa. Semua bermula disitu segala misteri, segala gelak tawa dan keakraban 7oarang kawan. The best twist of the story is character pelakon masing-masing. Gelak tek berhenti. It was a fun night.

Third event: Seminar Antartika organized by ENLAC. Actually event ni is compulsory untuk budak-budak environmental law. So we had to go, siap ada rumous, if tak pergi no attendance will be given and kami akan dapat C. So at first, I was pissed off sebab event hari sabtu, so ganggu cuti nak rehat. Datang pon tak ikhlas, but through out the talk it was cool. Best juga, because Tan Sri Salleh datang as the VIIP, he was the oldest malaysian man yang berjaya panjat gunung Everest and he followed Sultan Mizan to a journey of Ice cold which Antartika. Dia cerita his experience and some video was shown. We learned a lot about the importance to conserve Antartika and how legal professionals may help in conserving antartika. Just so you know Tan Sri is very fatherly person, down to earth and a forestry. Awesome kan? I enjoyed the day. A bunch of seniors also came to the event.

Fourth Event: University Malaya Mock Trial 2013. WTF. What They Fitnah, that's the tittle. I am a mock trial lover. I love watching law students acting. It's more than case studies and sections to memorize but law students can also act, dance and sing. Most of them. Kalau tak pon they are good speakers, or debaters. Hehe. Macam belagak ja bunyinya. haha. takdalah. it was my second time tgk UM punya mock trial. Tak lekang daripada gelak. Memang lawak especially yang ada fahaman lebih kearah ehem..ehem. haha. Talking about hilarious here people. ahha. Hanis Zalika pon datang, positive comments from her. Pelakon were awesome! I just love the judge. wait until I update about UITM's mock trial. ahhaa. let's see how that goes. Anyways, love the acting and keep the good work!

Tu semua event besar-besar, yang lain hari-hariku di isi dengan assignment, test dan juga kemalasan yang terlampau. Okay next entry Rose akan update on Fakulti undang-undang UITM biggest event ever. which is JIBRIL, very soon.

Environmental Law Week

As students of Environmental Law, we are not like other elective subjects, we have projects which we are compulsory to handle and it carries out 30% of our marks. There are 40 students and we were formed into 4 groups which are; the Awareness week, the seminar, the trip and lastly the news latter.I was handling the awareness week, with my project director which is my beloved Big Boss, and 8 more awesome friends. It was tough at the beginning, well it was my first time handling money, making proposal and working through the nights. It took a lot of effort to ensure everything are well thought off. To tell you the truth, on the event week I was so busy, no time to take a break. I've got my mooting the next week which carries out 100% of my marks. Two things in a short time. Alhamdulillah, with teamwork, supporting housemates, friends, everything went well! I am so glad, and thankful to the mighty one, for everything. Handling events, is not an easy task. We had problems in the financial areas. But we manage to pulled it off. After the awareness week came the seminar, great event handled by my close friend Sarah (project director).Then the trip to Taman Negara in Pahang, which last two days ago. It was so much fun, we went rapid shooting, visit the orang asli, night walk, canopy walking, jungle traking. It was out of my expectation. "kalau tak pergi rugi gila, because it was so much fun". I don't know what more to write let the pictures talk. Best trip ever :)

What is mooting?

Mooting is an oral presentation of a  legal issue or problem against opposing counsel before

a judge. It is basically an experience which all law student will undergo. It is the closest 

experience that a student can have whilst at university  to appearing in court.

So yesterday was my session for mooting. We were the first group to go. Imagine I was so busy with the awareness week, then came along with the trip to Taman Negara and there was no time to do sufficient preparation. I was reading and memorizing my scrip on the bus to Taman Negara. It was a hectic week, I was so drawn out of energy. But Alhamdulillah all went well, our presentation was good, positive comments given by the judge. It made my day. So happy to hear that our authority was solid and for a first session group we did well. Thank you Allah for easing the flow of our journey for my team. Thanks to the senior council Asha, for everything. She was the backbone of the team. Very glad to have you in the team, great work and well done. Sorry for all of the inconvenient at the time feey sya and I was away in Pahang. 

My team was the appellants we fight for justice for our client. ahhaha. Finishng the mooting session was like winning a case. We finished one subject for this semester, a few more to go. This one of the best moment in law school. Brushing up your mooting skills.
